Muffin Tin Monday Theme: Apples!!!

We read "Apple Trouble" It is about a hedgehog who wants to make a bed for the winter but has a hard time doing so because everything keeps sticking to his spikes when he is making it. This book is very cute and a wonderful resource for Muffin Tin Monday with all the food in it. I LOOOOOOVVVEEEE how this turned out!!! It is my best one buy far. The blackberries alone put in debt but it had to be done. LOL

Okay let me start with the Hedgehog: I molded him out of cream cheese then rolled him in crushed walnuts and finally added sliced almonds and chocolate chips for eyes. There is an apple, pear and 3 peanuts and 4 blckberries, I used fruit by the foot for the blue paper and then for the water lily I used 3 pringles and a slice of cheese??? I could not think of a thing for this one.

Check back all this week for apples themed lessons and ideas for your toddler!

I love to hear your comments. Please leave your questions if you have any. Thanks for taking the time to look around at my little corner on the net. I turned off word verification because I hate filling that in all the time and I don't think you should have too. ;)
