Happy 4th Birthday to my little Goose!  He wanted a Batman party after going through many different ideas I settled on these bags filled with crayons, stickers and other batman items.  I made them on my silhoutte machine which I LOVE!!!!

Rainbow Muffin Tin Monday!

Oh my goodness.... 4 WHOLE months since I posted anything...I'm Crazy!

Here is a Rainbow Muffin Tin Monday




Red cup: Sauce for dipping
Orange cup: Shamrock Pretzel (receipe below)
Yellow cup: Oranges
Green cup: Green Beans
Blue cup: Tilipia ( he is loving fish right now)
Purple cup: Lucky Charms ;)  (The only thing he didn't eat)

Pepperoni Pretzels


Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water

1 egg yolk -- room temperature
1 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour

1 cup chopped pepperoni

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon active dry yeast

=== GLAZE ===

1 egg white

1 tablespoon water

=== TOPPINGS ===

1 tablespoon kosher salt
Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine.

Use "Dough" program.

Place on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Brush with glaze and

sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until  done.
