Train Lunch!

This was for the Muffin Tin Monday Lunch for "Trains". We went on a train ride today in Honesdale Pa, with some family members. I figured this would be great for MTM, and it fits the theme, for this week. I really enjoyed making this one because we actually were riding on a train when he ate it. Toot Toot!
